The recipe for any successful venture is to continually re-assess your performance and look for opportunities to make adjustments to your practices.  it is important to have an open mind as many training techniques which are successful may come from other disciplines.  Listed below are sources of information which we have used over the years to improve our performances.

BOOKS:

Riding from the Inside Out:. This book is written by Fitness Industry Expert Lisa Champion (M Sc), Anna Louise Bouvier (Physiotherapist) and Larissa Chadwick (Grand Prix Dressage Rider).  The book details exercises for riders of all levels to increase your fitness, strength and co-ordination to gain the maximum results from your horse.  visit: www.ridingfromtheinsideout.com
